How are your products shipped?
All products are shipped in a bubble mail envelope and shipped 1st class mail via USPS. Tracking numbers and insurance are not supplied. Shipping cost is a flat rate of $4.95.
How fast are products shipped out?
Most products will make it out the door the following business day. But to be safe, they will be shipped in 1-3 business days.
Can you make bracelets, key chains, or anything else out of the tokens?
There are plans for future types of products. Some of these products are currently being tested. So look for new products to come.
Do you sell wholesale?

Can I have a free necklace?
What? Why would you ask for such a thing?
Can you ship overseas?
I believe I can. Currently all shipping costs are the same. I haven’t taken the time to figure out how much shipping is to different countries. If something is a lot more, I will go ahead and ship the order, but may change shipping costs for the country in the future. Also keep in mind that shipping overseas may take several weeks to arrive.
I want to see these in person. Are they located in any stores?
Currently no. I have been in talks with a retailer. If they are sold in stores, I will post it on the home page.
Why don't you list a phone number?
Because Hanger3.com isn't big enough to have a call center. If you wish to contact me, e-mail is the best way. I usually respond within the same day. If you are having problems ordering, there is still nothing that can be done over the phone. I cannot take credit cards personally, because I don't have any way of processing them manually. If you wish to send a check or money order for an order, please e-mail me so that I can give you the info. PayPal and Google Checkout are my two on-line ordering systems. I trust them.
