Based on factual events this is the story of Bonnie Parker (Faye Dunaway) and Clyde Barrow (Warren Beatty) who became the legendary bank robbers. Bonnie is bored with life until a chance meeting with drifter Clyde. She is enchanted by the drifter who dreams of the high life funded by crime. The two soon become an item and set off on their trail of mayhem, robbing small banks. They soon become celebrities to the public. Even some of their victims were proud to tell tales of being robbed by the infamous Bonnie & Clyde. However, law enforcement agencies think of them in a different light and intend to gun them down on sight.
