Getting ready for a hero’s welcome after almost completing their bombing missions, the crew of the Memphis Belle learn that they have one more task to fulfil. The final task is to carry out a highly dangerous mission releasing their deadly cargo over a heavily fortified WWII German city. Based in England the US Air Force B-17 crew will be tested to the limit and living on their nerves as they head the mission to destroy a German supply depot. Capt. Dennis Dearborn (Mathew Modine) must lead his men through this final mission, battling against the weather and the constant barrage of enemy fire.
