Sy Parrish (Robin Williams) works at the local department store in the one hour photo shop. He is a wiz when it comes to developing pictures and always so friendly to talk to. The problem is that he seems to know a bit too much about the people in the photographs he develops. One family in particular seemed to have attracted Sy's attention. The Yorkins don't know that they have become the center of Sy's attention until his behavior reaches the point of being disturbing. Sy finally goes too far and loses his job, but not before finding out that Mr. Yorkin has a dirty little secret. Sy does what he thinks would be best to "fix" his perfect family and leaves them all wishing they had used a digital camera in the end.
