Rick (Jason London) is a snowboarder working at Bull Mountain resort, where he fits in well with the gang of other easy going employees. Their ideal hangout is in danger when the current owner, son of the original owner who was much more like the gang, decides to sell to John Majors (Lee Majors), a Texas magnate interested in firing everyone but Rick and converting the resort into a more respectable resort. Although Rick has an opportunity to keep his job and possibly regain the respect and love of ex-girlfriend Anna (Caroline Dhavernas) if he agrees to go along with the sale and conversion, he decides to organize a revolt and undermine the approaching sale.
