Joey Gazelle (Paul Walker) is in trouble, he works for the mob disposing hot guns but he's really keeping them behind a wall in his basement. When Oleg (Cameron Bright), the Russian kid who lives next door has enough of his abuse stepfather he shoots him with a gun stolen from Joey's basement. Unfortunately for Joey the particular gun that was stolen was used previously to "off" a bent cop. With Oleg on the run Joey must find him and the gun before the cops do or his connections in the mob aren't going to be happy. To make matters worse the kid's father's uncle is none other than a Russian Mafia boss intent on bringing the person who supplied the kid with the gun to justice.
