Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within two business days of ordering. Although a lot of orders will go out the same day an order is placed. We ship all our orders through the USPS 1st Class Mail. Delivery time will vary depending on where you live. Origin of shipment comes from the center of the United States.
Privacy & Security
We will not sell or trade any information entered within HANGER3.com. Our site is secured with a SSL certificate. Since we don't process credit cards our self, we do not store or receive financial information. All processing will go through PayPal or Google Checkout.
Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with an order, we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are satisfied. If a necklace is defective after wearing if for a short amount of time, please contact us so that we can arrange for you to get a replacement product. We test the products for strength and durability but some times weaknesses in material do occur. Our testing has shown that necklaces can last for over a year with constant use.
Payment & Pricing
Since we use PayPal and Google Checkout, all major credit cards are supported. If you use "Pay by eCheck" from PayPal, we will not ship your product until payment clears from PayPal.
While most products are $19.99, you may notice that others are more. This is due to the rarity of the individual token used. Some tokens are much harder to find, which in turns makes them more expensive. After doing some research, we have found that a number of cities have had their supply of tokens destroyed and sold for scrap metal. What's left of those cities are the tokens owned by individuals.
